HERMAN THE MOUSE
**Congratulations on your 5-star review! Reviewed By Mamta Madhavan for Readers’ Favorite **
Herman the Mouse by Tammy Brown is an adorable story that teaches young readers kindness, acceptance, and friendship. It helps them understand how anyone can become friends even though they are different. The author's illustrations capture the mood of the story and the characters vividly and give the book a good pace and movement. It is quite interesting to note the brown little spider on every page of the story. The characters - Herman, his parents, and Lloyd - are charming and memorable. It is a good story for tutors and parents to teach children to accept others - despite being different from each other - in a good way using Herman the mouse and Lloyd the tomcat.
I'm Sure Glad It's Just Me (book 2 in the Herman the Herman the Mouse series) Receives a 5 star Review!
I'M SURE GLAD IT'S JUST ME
5 Stars - Congratulations on your 5-star review!
I'm Sure Glad It's Just Me: Herman Gets a Baby Brother by Tammy Brown is a wonderful story about family bonding, acceptance, and love and also introduces children to farm animals and tells them what the babies of these animals are called. Love always grows bigger and that message is conveyed beautifully through this story of Herman the mouse. The author's illustrations bring her words to life and take young readers right into the farm where Herman and the rest of the animals are living. It is a good storybook for parents and tutors to use for storytelling sessions at school and at home, because of the life lessons it conveys and also for the educational content. Children will enjoy seeing the brown spider and its babies on every page of this book too

The story tackles the topic of adoption beautifully and whimsically. The story is wonderfully illustrated and makes the bonding and love between the mother and daughter palpable to readers. The story will help readers believe in Angels and their existence in people's daily lives. This adorable book will make a good bedtime storybook and tutors and parents can also use the story to help children understand adoption and how precious these children are to both their mommies; the biological mother and the adoptive one. It is not always easy for children to understand the concept of adoption and the author does it magically through this book.
